Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I expect to wait for delivery?

We do strive to send out most orders within 2 working days, however, there may be extenuating circumstances that may delay things such as waiting on a delivery from our suppliers. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you to let you know what’s happening. If you need an item for a tournament or some other deadline, we recommend ordering at least 10 working days in advance if possible just in case (double this for international orders). Obviously if you have requested some custom or re-branded items then the lead time will be greater as well.

Items from Mischief’s Boutique are all made to order and some of them require a lot of painting and other effects after they’ve been cut. As a result while we still aim to get them out to you as quickly as possible, it could be as much as 5 working days before they are ready to send out, and as with everything else we advise allowing 10 days for dispatch just in case of unforeseen issues - as with everything else if there’s going to be a delay we will let you know.

the colour i would like doesn’t appear in your list do you have more?

Oh yes! Our acrylic suppliers (we have a few just in case) do all sorts of colours, tints, and effects. If you have something specific in mind. As time moves on I expect to expand our range to fit demand. Contact us and we’ll have a chat about what is and isn’t possible. It is possible that there may be an extra charge depending on the material you’re thinking of - metallics are more expensive for example.

I’ve received my order and some magnets have fallen out should I return the item?

We will of course do everything we can to make sure this doesn’t happen, however, the rigours of transit can very occasionally shake the magnets loose. Fortunately they are very easy to glue back into place with superglue, the only thing you need to watch out for (apart from getting the polarity right of course) is you need to avoid getting the glue on the faces of the item you can see as superglue will tarnish the acrylic, so you should mask that off in some way to protect the token - something non-porous like blu-tac should fit the bill here, just don’t let it get glued to your token! Also make sure the glue is dry before attaching to the other half of the token - I know from bitter experience that if you jump the gun here and glue the two halves together your partner doesn’t let you live it down for some time!

None of the above affects your statutory rights, if you’re not happy to re-glue the magnet yourself no problem! Contact us on support@3imps.co.uk (attach a photo of the token in its bag showing the missing magnet) and we’ll arrange getting it swapped out.

Do you undertake custom work that isn’t gaming related?

Absolutely. If you have an idea, let us know through the Contact page and we’ll see what we can do to make it a reality. The only real limits are the size of the materials that will fit in our cutters and what can be cut - sadly we currently can’t cut or engrave metal easily at present due to the types of lasers we have. Some materials are also not safe to cut, for example if we were stupid enough to put PVC in the cutter it would fill our workshop with chlorine gas and hydrochloric acid so we avoid that!

Are you able to supply outside the uk?

We are able to send to most countries, though if you’re outside the EU it might be a good idea to contact us first to confirm. Unfortunately we are not currently able to supply to the United States, this isn’t solely due to the current issues with tariffs (although that is a factor of course) but also because getting insurance is extremely difficult if you’ve ever sent goods to the USA.
